Memphis FCA is blessed to be served by two separate volunteer boards, the Leadership Board and the Advisory Board. The Leadership Board meets approximately 10 times per year and its members provide hands-on service on teams such as Special Events, Finance & Stewardship, Public Awareness, Ministry Programs and Prayer. The Advisory Board meets twice yearly and provides general oversight on matters such as long-range planning. Members of both Boards provide wise counsel and support to the Area Director, as well as the staff members and volunteers. Through their own sphere of influence, board members help spread FCA’s overall influence in the community.
