About Jason Sehorn: Jason Sehorn was a standout cornerback for the New York Giants from 1994-2002, registering 19 career interceptions. He made the Pro Bowl in 1997 and helped lead the Giants to a Super Bowl appearance in 2001. His college career began at Shasta College in California where he was a standout wide receiver and return specialist. He then transferred to the University of Southern California where he played two seasons as defensive back. He was drafted by the New York Giants in the second round of the 1994 NFL draft.
Born in Sacramento, California in 1971 and growing up in a very humble environment, Sehorn did not play high school football until his senior year, but promptly captured league MVP honors while also proving himself a standout performer in basketball and track. After graduating high school in 1988, Sehorn’s natural athletic ability was obvious to a major league baseball scout who spotted him playing an American Legion game. Despite never playing high school baseball, he was signed by the Chicago Cubs and played two minor league seasons before deciding to give college football a try.
Sehorn currently is a game analyst for CBS College Sports Network and previously worked for Fox Sports as an NFL studio analyst. He has been married to actress Angie Harmon since 2001, after having proposed to her on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in 2000. Together, they have three daughters: seven-year-old Finley Faith, five-year-old Avery Grace and two-year-old Emery Hope. Jason is a committed Christian who is noted for his involvement in charity and community affairs. |
